Returning Families
Returning scholars are scholars who were enrolled and completed season 9 2024-25.
Your first month’s tuition is due at the time of registration. Once your tuition payment has been received, the uniform fee will be added to your account. Please note, the registration fee will only be applied to your account on August 1, 2025 if your September tuition has not been paid in full. This means that if you register and pay your full September tuition by July 31, 2025, you will receive FREE registration. If no payment or only a partial payment is made by that date, a $50 registration fee will be added to your account on August 1.

New scholars are considered to be youth/adults enrolling with CCSDA for the first time or did not enroll/complete season 9 but attend a previous season.
All new CCSDA families MUST attend an open house this summer so we can meet you in person.
Tuition payments will NOT be accepted at the open house and MUST be paid online only. We prefer you submit this payment prior to attending an Open House.
At the open house you will tour the studio, meet our Admin, Ms. Lanise Middleton, who is your point of contact for the season. We will also size your scholar for Ballet shoes and their uniform.
The uniform will not be ordered until September 30, 2025 if we feel your family is a good fit for our program.
The month of September will serve as a trial period for all new families. During this time, new scholars will participate in all classes for which they are enrolled. We will assess each scholar’s performance, engagement, and interactions with their peers. For September the dress code is a Black Leotard, Skin-Tones Tights & required shoes based on class.
For parents, we will review the program’s policies, expectations, and responsibilities, including but not limited to tuition costs, additional fees, recital requirements, and guidelines for conduct within the studio, at performances, competitions, and recitals.
At the conclusion of September, families will be informed whether they are invited to continue in the program. At that time, the registration and uniform fees will become due. Please note that tuition for October is still due on September 15th. If we determine that a family will not continue, this will be the only circumstance in which a refund is issued. If a late fee has been applied for October tuition, only the tuition amount will be refunded; late fees are non-refundable.​
